To be eligible to vote in the election you must be a member of the Finnish Industrial Union (Teollisuusliitto) and you must be logistics employed by Valmet Automotive (blue collar). You comply with the collective agreement negotiated by the Finnish industrial union. Temporarily laid-off employees can also vote.
