The training is intended for all members and is organized simultaneously in both Finnish and English. In the training, the task and purpose of the shop steward, the rules of shop steward elections, the nomination of candidates, the tasks of the election committee and practice of organizing an election event are introduced. The price includes meals, coffee and bowling after the training.
